Des Moines Christian won a boys’ high school golf triangular meet on Thursday at the Perry Country Club with the Blue Jays second and Greene County third. Tough playing conditions prevailed with temperatures in the mid-40’s, strong winds, and off and on rain. The Lions shot 164, Perry had 184, and the Rams were at 211.

Elijah Block led Greene County with a nine hole score of 42. Chase Juergensen shot 53 with 56 for Zach Neil, and 60 by Ben Wilkins.

Meet medalist was Drew Shisler of DMC at 39. Keaton Van Soelen of DMC and Perry’s Noah Wilkening shot 40.
