A Democratic candidate running for Iowa’s 3rd Congressional seat will be in Stuart Saturday.

Desmund Adams will host a meet and greet event from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Stuart Public Library. Adams says the goal of the meeting is to hear what issues citizens consider important and concerning.

The event is free and open to the public.
