The 2016 Greene County High School prom is on Saturday.

Greene County Chamber Tourism and Events Coordinator Angie Pedersen says there are several places that students can go to get what they need for prom.

“Of course we have Addie’s downtown for all kinds of great accessories, and there’s all kinds of cute stuff in there at Addie’s. Your flowers, you can get from Chamber businesses at Fudge’s (Flowers and Gifts) and out at Kreiger’s. You’ve got lots of great food options if you decide not to take them up on the dinner at prom.”

She adds that several Chamber members have also donated prizes to the after prom festivities so that students have a safe place to be following prom at Wild Rose.

Greene County’s prom is a community event and Pedersen says the Chamber and its members are happy to be involved.
