Billy Joe Stephenson, age 36 of 2009 7th St., Des Moines was arrested at 801 Court St., Adel for interference with official acts.
Sarah Hawbaker of Redfield was traveling in the 14000 block of 292 Pl. when she lost control of her vehicle causing the vehicle to slide sideways and entered the ditch. Hawbaker was taken to Mercy West Lakes. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.
