The Guthrie County Supervisors made some minor adjustments to employee salaries and hours, Tuesday morning.

The Board voted unanimously to increase the hourly pay of several transfer station employees from $11.10 to $12.00, which is the pay rate for newly hired employees at that location.

Additionally, County Attorney Mary Benton told the Board she is planning to increase the workload of her assistant, Tim Benton, to eight days per pay period.

Plus, the Board voted 3-2 to approve a 2.5% pay increase for elected officials in fiscal year 2017. Jerry Caraher, Tom Rutledge and Clifford Carney voted ‘aye.’ Everett Grasty and Mike Dickson voted ‘nay.’
