The Greene County Board of Supervisors met on Monday in regular session.
As per request from the Board, Recorder Marcia Tasler discussed with the Supervisors some of the counties that have off-road vehicle ordinances in place. The Board took no formal action on the topic.
The Supervisors then approved a resolution to hire Kevin Devilbliss and Eldon Cunningham part time as transport officers at $15 per hour. The Board also approved a service agreement with Howard E Nyhart Company for the full Government Accounting Standard Board for the 45 actuarial update for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2016.
Finally, County Engineer Wade Weiss discussed with the Board the bid procedures to repair the main stained glass dome in the rotunda of the courthouse. The cost estimate is $175,000 and it would be out for public bid since the project is above the $135,000 threshold for the county to hire a company outright.
