The City of Adel invites all residents to attend a public information meeting this evening in regards to flooding issues.

Much like the September meeting, this one will include discussion on McClure Engineering’s findings as they have worked with the City to investigate the basement flooding that occurred last summer as the result of heavy rainfall.  The engineering firm has been evaluating the situation for the past five months, gathering information on the sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems to identify problem areas and possible solutions.

Tonight’s meeting takes place in the Adel Public Library’s community room, starting at 6pm.
