After nearly pulling a major playoff upset against Panorama in Panora last week, the West Central Valley girls basketball team is already excited to get back on the court next season. Head coach Drew Stonewall says the fall was definitely a moral victory and he and his team think bright things are ahead for the program. “It was not an enjoyable way for the season to end, but at the same time I think we are even more excited for next year with the way we performed. We have a lot of talented girls coming back next year.”

The Wildcats wrap up the season with a record of 11-12.
