The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the second reading to amend the City’s floodplain ordinance regulations, annual tax abatements, create and advertise for an assistant golf course manager position, a contract and payment of bonds for the 2015 Grimmell Road lift station access improvement project, the City’s insurance policy and the union contract.

The Council will also discuss the fire department’s air pack situation as well as conduct their quarterly meeting with Jefferson Matters: Main Street.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
