The third and final day of the Raccoon Valley Radio Network’s coverage of the Iowa state high school wrestling tournament happens today.

Several area wrestlers have made it to today’s competition.  ADM’s Zach Johnston will battle for the 160 pound championship in class 2A and Austin Lentz of Ogden is fighting for the class 1A championship at 182 pounds.

In addition, Guthrie Center’s Logan Scheuermann is wrestling in the consolation semifinals today in class 1A.  In class 2A, six wrestlers have guaranteed themselves a top eight finish including Perry’s Kade Van Kirk, Zach Thompson and Gisaveri Niyibizi, and ADM’s Cole Bennett, Hunter Gibson and Nathan Heath.
