Greene County and North Polk have rescheduled their snowed out girl/boy basketball doubleheader from last night to tomorrow night. The change means the Rams play in Alleman on Thursday night, then return to Polk County on Friday night to play the Saydel teams in Des Moines. Both the Thursday and Friday night varsity doubleheaders will be broadcast on KG98 and www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.

The Rams will also be on the road next Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 8 and 9, meaning four nights of games in six days, and all away from Jefferson. By the time next week gets here, back-to-back road games in 24 hours might be old hat for the Rams. Just before Christmas the Greene County teams played on Monday and Tuesday, both away from home.

The Greene County girls are 3-14 overall and 3-10 in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference, while the boys are 6-10 on the season and 5-7 in the league.
