While there’s still nearly one-fourth of the high school basketball regular season to be played, there aren’t many home dates remaining for the Greene County Rams. The Gilbert teams visit the middle school gym in Jefferson tomorrow night, which will be the final home appearance for the girls. They’ll end the regular season with four road games, then play number one ranked Pocahontas Area in Pocahontas on Sat., Feb. 13 in a Class 3A opening round Region 8 contest.

After tomorrow night, the Greene County boys will also go on the road for four straight games, but they’ll end the regular season at home vs. PCM (Monroe) on Friday, Feb. 12.

The Friday night girl/boy doubleheader with Gilbert will be broadcast on KG98 and www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
