The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board is expected to approve a letter of support for the conservation department to apply for a grant. The Supervisors will then make their recommendation to the Department of Natural Resources about a hog confinement expansion in Highland Township.
There will be more budget proposals for the 2017 fiscal year. County departments include veterans affairs, information technology and drainage districts. Non-departmental budgets include general relief, clerk of court, human services and general services.
The Board will then consider to adopt the next set of privacy policies for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
