District assignments for postseason high school basketball in the state of Iowa were released this week. The Perry boy’s basketball team learned they’ll be in district 15, along with Dallas Center-Grimes, ADM, and Boone. All three of those teams have already defeated the Bluejays this season.

District 16 teams include Atlantic, Creston, Glenwood, and Winterset. The winner of the two districts will play with the winner advancing to the state tournament. Perry is searching for their first state tournament birth since winning the state title in 1988.
