This year’s annual Yale Community Club Supper hopes to raise money for their local scholarship fund.
Member Scott Fredrickson says their intent is to assist all local high school graduates working towards post secondary education. “The scholarship fund is intended for all graduates that have a Yale address. We give all of them a $500 scholarship at the successful completion of their first semester of college or trade school.”
Fredrickson will tell us more about the supper and scholarship fund today on Let’s Talk Guthrie County. It airs during the 9 a.m. noon and 5 p.m. hours on K107.9 and www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
