Everyone is encouraged to help Greene County Public Health with their Community Needs Assessment.

Director Becky Wolf says all county residents are eligible to take a brief, nine question survey to provide feedback for the five-year study that looks at important topics as selected by the public. She describes the next steps in the process once they receive all the data.

“Then we’ll start to develop some strategies, what we call the health improvement plans. We develop some strategies and goals that we will develop and write (them) out. We’ll then submit them to (Iowa Department of) Public Health. Then every year, we bring it back forward to evaluate where we’re at on our progress on that.”
