The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider for approval the third and final reading to amend the county’s floodplain management ordinance, the treasurer’s semi-annual report and the investment and driver’s license report for December, an engineer’s report for drainage district 108 and more security policies for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

The Board will also consider three letters of support for the courthouse 100 committee, a joint venture with Jefferson Matters: Main Street and the Greene County Historical Society to apply for Greene County Community Foundation grants and a letter of support to the Tower View Team of Jefferson Matters.

The Board will also set a public hearing date for the Greene County Emergency Management 2017 fiscal year budget.

The meeting will be at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
