Adair and Guthrie County Emergency Management has announced the beginning of their annual Private Sector Sponsorship Program.

Coordinator Bob Kempf says the program has been very successful and leads to great collaboration between his office and area businesses. “The Private Sector Sponsorship Program was started about four years ago to allow the businesses and industries in Adair and Guthrie counties to help us foster preparedness throughout the two counties.”

Kempf adds that private sector support is critical in accomplishing the organization’s planning and response goals and objectives. Sponsorships are available for as low as $100. For more information call Kempf at 641-332-3030.
