In his never ending quest to enhance ADM athletics, strength and conditioning coach Tyler Bohlke has attended all kinds of National Strength and Conditioning Association clinics. More recently he attended an educational clinic in Cedar Falls Iowa earlier this month.

Now as he’s locked, loaded, and ready to go with new ideas, coach Bohlke is looking to implement new strategies starting at the middle school level.

Coach Bohlke told Raccoon Valley Radio getting the youth involved is a huge priority for him and a big aspect he took from the clinics.

“One major thing we’re going to pull away from those clinics that we really liked is incorporating a middle school aspect where we’ll have 7th and 8th graders getting up in the weight room into our program as well as incorporating different nutritional aspects,” explained Bohlke.

ADM athletes will have all this and much more to look forward to from strength and conditioning coach Tyler Bohlke in the New Year.
