A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of W Avenue to investigate a residential alarm activation. The building site was found secure.

A deputy was out of position and unable to locate a reported erratic driver on Highway 30 near Grand Junction.

Tuesday, December 22nd

A deputy was advised of cattle along the roadway on U Avenue near 180th Street. The cattle owner and the deputy were unable to locate any cattle out along the road. The field gates were all found to be secure.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants a presumed innocent until proven guilty.
