Kevin Montezz Malone, age 30 of 4041 Hubbell Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.

Timothy Joseph Button, age 37 of #8 Sunset Circle, Adel was arrested in the 24000 block of N Ave., for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Corfits of West Des Moines was traveling south in the 32000 block of R Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1600.00.
