ADM athletics has always had a prideful tradition of excellence with each and every sport. A tradition full of great athletes, great teams, and not to be forgotten: great coaches. Behind every great athletic department are skilled and dedicated coaches set upon taking their school to the next level.
One of those coaches would be a man who keeps ADM athletics going strong until the very end; that man would be non other than ADM strength and conditioning coach Tyler Bohlke.
Coach Bohlke is likely the un-sung hero of the majority of the late game comebacks for the Tigers since his arrival in June. One of coach Bohlke’s points of emphasis is finishing out each and every event, in practice or in games, as strong as possible. Bohlke explains just how important the world of strength and conditioning is in sports.
“Strength and conditioning plays a major role towards the ends of games whether it’s your body being able to compete at 100% late in the game or the mental aspect of finishing strong. We really focus on finishing every rep, every set, and even every day as fast as you can,” stated coach Bohlke.
It’s safe to say that ADM athletics are “Bohlke”ing up both mentally and physically with coach Tyler Bohlke putting ADM athletes at the top of the heap.
