The Panorama wrestling team’s chili cookoff will take place next week.

Coordinator Ann Appleseth says individuals and businesses are invited to enter the competition. Contestants are asked to bring five gallons of soup or chili to the high school by 5:30 p.m. next Tuesday.

It is free to enter the contest and those eating can buy tickets in advance for $5, and $8 at the door. Tasters will vote on their favorite dish and the top three vote getters will receive cash prizes.

The event takes place  from 6-8 p.m. at Panorama High School.
