Panorama students are off to see the wizard this weekend.

The Panorama Drama Department will be presenting two productions of “The Wizard of Oz,” Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. inside the Panorama High School auditorium.

Faculty director Deb Arganbright says their version of the play is very similar to the famous 1939 film. “It’s based almost entirely on the movie. It’s almost identical to the movie. There are a few little variations, but for the most part it’s the movie with the dream sequence and all of that.”

Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students.
