Art on the Prairie is said to have something for everyone.

No matter if you’re an artist yourself, you’ve been an enthusiast for years or are just wanting something to do this weekend, President Mary Rose Nichols says you’re bound to find something you like.

“I think a lot of people who haven’t been part of the festival think of it as just fine art, meaning paintings on the wall and it is so much more.  We have pottery, we have of course some paintings, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, fiber arts, letterpress, glass, wood, folk art, and it just goes on and on.  We also couple it with the Holiday Open Houses so it’s a great time to just Christmas shop.”
