A Celebration of Life service for Stewart L. Harberts, 69, of Essex and formerly of Jefferson, will be Thursday at 1:30 pm at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Essex.  A private family burial will be in the Essex Cemetery.  Visitation with the family present will be Wednesday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home in Shenandoah.  Memorials may be to the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Essex or to the Shenandoah Food Pantry.  Survivors include:  Wife, Renae Harberts of Essex.  Children, Tamara Fuelling of New Port, Minnesota, Johnathon Harberts of Columbus, Ohio and Brent Harberts of Helena, Montana.  5 grandchildren.  Brothers, Steven Harberts of Jefferson, Sidney Harberts of Grundy Center, Paul Harberts of Rochester, Minnesota, Craig Harberts of San Clemente, California, and Clark Harberts of Cedar Rapids.
