A Celebration of Life service for Jamie Murphy, 41, of Jefferson, will be Thursday at 6:30 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Jefferson. Visitation with the family will be Thursday starting at 5 pm.  In lieu of flowers, a fund to assist  his family has been established at the Wells Fargo Bank in Jefferson. Survivors include:  Wife, Nicole.  Children, Andre, Sarah, Scott and Sean.  Mother, Julie Murphy.  Brothers, Brandon and Kelly and grandmother, Betty Johnson, all of Jefferson.
