It’s homecoming week in Perry and there’s a wide variety of festivities going on through Friday.

This year’s theme is Midnight Glow and students can be found dressing up according to various themes each day.  Yesterday was pajama day, today is twin day, tomorrow is volunteer day and the week will continue with patriotic day and class color day.

There are competitions going on all week too, where each class is competing to earn the most spirit stick points.  Students can rack up points by participating in dress up days, volunteering, taking part in a door decorating contest and winning competitions on game day.

The class with the most points at the end of the week will run the spirit stick around the track during halftime of the varsity football game Friday night.

Other activities going on throughout the week include a bonfire Thursday evening and the homecoming dance after the football game on Friday.
