A Jefferson man pleads guilty to charges from a March incident.

According to court documents, 51 year-old Jerry Barker pled guilty to Class D Felonies for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Charges stem from an executed search warrant in the 200 block of South Oak Street on March 4th.  Police officers recovered marijuana, drug paraphernalia, guns, cash and prescription drugs.  Two other suspects have already been sentenced in the case.  42 year-old Tamara Kat Arnold was sentenced to two years of probation for prohibited acts and accessory after the fact and 19 year-old Stephen Arthur Molle was sentenced to one year of probation for possession of marijuana.

Barker’s sentence hearing is scheduled for December 11th.
