On Friday night, at the beginning of the second quarter, the Guthrie Center Tigers football team was already trailing 42-0 against Glidden-Ralston. The Tigers ultimately lost 70-0. Tigers Head Coach Mark McDermott says there’s no ifs, ands or buts about it, Glidden-Ralston is an incredible football team. “They’re definitely one of the best. They’re rated #3 or #4, depending on what poll you’re looking at. They’re definitely the real deal and will make a good push to make it to the UNIdome in the 8 man.”

Guthrie Center will try to bounce back Friday night when they host Grand View Christian for Homecoming.
