A Des Moines man has been cleared of all charges from a Jefferson incident in February.
According to court documents, Judge Adria Kester dismissed 48 year-old Mark Jackson’s misdemeanor charge for possession of burglar’s tools and two felony burglary charges.
An alleged burglary took place at Shelter Stor-All, at 408 East Highway 30 in Jefferson, on February 14th. A second individual, 38 year-old Marshal Estabrook was sentenced in May to three years of probation for the same charges that Jackson was acquitted on.
