Wild Rose Jefferson officially opened August 1st and held its grand opening August 7th through the 9th.  It has a casino, a restaurant and an events center.

Cobblestone Hotel and Suites is attached to Wild Rose Jefferson.  The 73-room hotel with an indoor swimming pool also held a grand opening ceremony August 7th through the 9th.

Greene County Medical Center’s 52,000-square foot expansion officially opened at the beginning of the month.  The next phase of the $22.5 million project is to renovate the lower level of the medical center.

Grand Junction’s $1.1 million Community Center is currently being built by Jensen Builders of Fort Dodge.  It will hold up to 200 people and will include a kitchen, City Hall offices and public restrooms.

Site for new town homes and condominiums in Jefferson.  The project is expected to start later this year.  JCorporation, Incorporated is building and running the housing complex.
