A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction to investigate the report of verbal domestic altercation.

A deputy was advised of underage parties at the shelter house and vandalism to poles at the entrance to Squirrel Hollow Park.

A deputy spoke with a resident in the 900 block of X Avenue about a personal property civil issue.

Two deputies were advised of a possible intoxicated driver at the Casey’s General Store in Grand Junction. The deputies located the vehicle and subsequently initiated a traffic stop. The driver and passenger were evaluated and issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Failure to Prove Security Against Liability.

A deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of Irving Street in Scranton for the report of a 4-wheel ATV being operated on the roadway.

A deputy is investigating criminal mischief to a pickup truck in Grand Junction.

Friday, September 4th

The Sheriff was dispatched to 400 block of Sand Street in Churdan to speak with two juveniles that were not cooperating with a caretaker.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
