New West Central Valley football head coach Eric Addy brings a culture of competition and grittyness to the football field in Stuart. Addy says on his team, no one’s job is ever 100% secure, and that breeds competition, which in turn can breed success. “Every day is a competition, every day is a new interview. Just because you were on the bus last week, doesn’t mean you’ll be on the bus this week. We’re just going to get after it, and do what we do and come with a positive attitude and get ready to compete.”
