The Guthrie County Fair begins tomorrow. There will be exciting grandstand entertainment and special events happening each day during the fair. The Bill Riley Talent Show takes place Thursday night at 7 p.m. at the Guthrie Center High School auditorium. Grandstand entertainment kicks off Friday night with the Grand River Rodeo at 7:30 p.m. The Lee Sheeder Memorial Truck & Tractor Pull takes place Saturday at 7 p.m. Figure 8 races take place at 6 p.m. Sunday, and the fair wraps up with the mud bogs at 11 a.m. on Monday. Raccoon Valley Radio will be at the fair in our Big Red Radio each of the five days and we’ll report event results. The fair runs September 3rd-7th.
