When Nadia Fisher and her Greene County High School volleyball teammates open the 2015 season on Sept. 5 in Lake City at the South Central Calhoun tournament, it will be a new experience for all but Fisher. She’s the only player back from the 2014 varsity and she told Raccoon Valley Radio what the experience might be like for her teammates. “I think it will kind of just be a shock of how fast the game moves because it’s really different from freshmen or JV. But, it will be a really good learning experience and we’ll see a lot of improvement from week to week.”
On her role, the junior outside hitter said, “I just know I’m go in and do the best that I can do and try to help our team out in all the ways that I can.”
The Rams play seven dates on the road before the home opener in the middle school gym in Jefferson on September 24.
