The Guthrie Center Tigers football team opens their second season as an 8 player squad tonight. The Tigers head coach Mark McDermott says the Stanton team they face off against was a young team last year, but now their players have another year under their belt. “They’ve got a lot of those young kids coming back, so they’re going to be tough. They’ve got a nice running back, receiver and their quarterback handles himself well.”
