Tuesday, August 25th

A deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of South 15th Street in Grand Junction to assist with a reported out-of-control juvenile. The juvenile was brought to the Greene county Law Enforcement Center to await transport to a juvenile facility.

A deputy is investigating the report of a vehicle passing a stopped Paton-Churdan School bus in the 1000 block of 140th Street. The driver of the car was identified and will be issued a citation for Unlawful passing of a school bus, 1st Offense, Court appearance required – $435.

A deputy was advised of the possible theft of a golf cart from the Hill Golf Course.

A deputy was dispatched to the 800 block of Stanton Street in Scranton for the report of off-road stock cars being driven in the alley. A male subject was advised that citations will be issued after this warning.

A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction to mediate a domestic civil issue.

Wednesday, August 26th

A deputy was dispatched to check the report of lights being left on in a business in the 300 block of East Division Street in Grand Junction. The building was found to be secure.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
