The Dallas County Conservation department will continue an annual on-call program this fall.
The Monarch Tagging program will happen throughout the month of September at the Kuehn Conservation Area.
Unlike year’s past, this year they will not try and guess the best date for the butterflies to migrate. Instead naturalists will look for the monarchs and contact those who have registered for the program when they notice them at the conservation area. Participants will also take part in the tagging research project with the Monarch Watch Project.
To register, call 465-3577.
