A deputy was advised of a gas drive off at the Paton Pit Stop gas station. The vehicle and driver were located in Webster County and advised they would return and pay for the fuel.

Three members of the Greene County Sheriff’s Office located a male subject in the 300 block of 150th Street and transported him to the Greene County Medical Center for an evaluation.

A deputy was dispatched to the 900 block of X Avenue to help mediate a civil property dispute.

A deputy was advised of an erratic driver in the 500 block of N Avenue.

A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic accident on Highway 144 at the Angus curve, southeast of Rippey.

A deputy spoke with a resident in the 1800 block of Sherwood Avenue about a harassment concern.

A deputy investigated criminal mischief to a window at the FC Cooperative in Churdan.

In all case when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
