The Guthrie Center Tigers have a new head volleyball coach on the court this season. John Jones previously coached West Central Conference rival Des Moines Christian and says he now looks forward to coaching Guthrie Center. Jones will be assisted by Colton Hemer, a former volleyball coach at Carroll High School. The Tigers begin their season September 1st with a trip to Audubon.
