James Desilvey of Perry was stopped and waiting to turn into 1519 Old Highway 6 when he was struck in the rear of his vehicle by a vehicle driven by Bailee Arnburg of Redfield. Both drivers were transported to hospitals by the Dallas County Ems. Damage to Arnburg’s vehicle estimated at $9000.00 and $5000.00 to Desilvey’s. Arnburg was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Lakeisha Monet Bailey, age 21 of 1540 5th Ave., SE., Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.
Randy Gene Meis, age 48 of 511 E 1st St., Huxley was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no contact order.
Alicia Marie Crawford, age 22 of 2436 180th Trl., Guthrie Center was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.
