West Central Valley’s student-athletes begin their annual fundraiser today. It raises money for the district’s activities department while providing retail savings to area consumers. Activities Director Tod Broman says the value cards sold for the fundraiser offer great discounts at many area businesses while serving an important cause. “There’s savings for Jethro’s Barbecue, Casey’s Pizza, The Port, Applebees,Coldstone Creamery, Fuddruckers, Country Kitchen, Pizza Ranch, Stuart Flowers and Gifts, Taco John’s and more. We expect the kids to be going out and hitting up their family and friends, because this is the activity fund’s major annual fundraiser.”
