A recent downtown Guthrie Center market study spearheaded by Main Street Guthrie Center shows the importance of modern technology. Main Street Director Julie Bailey says the study shows that local businesses should be using social media more. “Such a high number of consumers that use social media applications, and yet very few businesses use those. We want to get our business leaders trained and comfortable with using those social media applications like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.”
