It only took a few weeks for a Jefferson man to be back at the Greene County Law Enforcement Center (LEC) and while he arrived voluntarily, because he was drunk he’s still there and now behind bars.
Greene County Chief Deputy Jack Williams tells Raccoon Valley Radio 29 year-old Ricardo Emmanuell Rodriguez came into the (LEC) around 10am Wednesday. The man, who was sentenced to three years of probation this month for his third operating while intoxicated charge, was under the influence and arrested on the spot. Rodriguez was charged with an aggravated misdemeanor for his third offense for public intoxication, along with a probation revocation.
He remains in the Greene County Jail under a $5,000 cash only bond.
