Ashley Marguerite Miller, age 27 of 3825 11th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.
Kimberly Manders of 14235 Zook Spur Rd., Madrid reported that someone had used her debit card for several purchases.
