The Community Players of Greene County (CPGC) are asking for help to complete a list of previous members of the organization.
President Clay Ross says they want to preserve their history by collecting names of individuals who have been apart of the community theater organization over the years. They are also looking for different stories to help carry on the group’s legacy. Ross points out that this idea came from when the CPGC celebrated it’s 40th anniversary a few years ago.
CPGC is currently rehearsing for its next production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” that’s performed in a readers theater format. Show dates are September 11th through the 13th.
To add your name or provide a story, contact them via email at cpgcia@gmail.com or by mail to Ross at RR2 Box 157, Jefferson, Iowa 50129.
