The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include the second pay request for the Brownfield Cleanup Project and the first for the apron rehabilitation at the Perry Municipal Airport, followed by setting fees for rental inspections and permeants for rental properties and approval of a mosquito control contract with the City of Dawson.
New business items include approval of an agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation for North Street, approval of a Housing Needs Assessment by the Region XII Council of Governments and approval of an amendment to the service agreement with Midwest Alarm Systems for the Perry Public Library.
Finally, the Council will approve the order of bids, plans and specifications and setting of a public hearing for the Pattee Park Expansion project’s first phase and approve a Humanities Iowa grant application for the Carnegie Library Museum.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
