In a nonconference game on June 10th, the Nodaway Valley baseball team fell by a score of 7-2 to host Earlham. The Wolverines are striving for a different result tonight when they once again face Earlham, though this time the stakes are much higher. The winner of the Class 1A District 13 semifinal will advance to Saturday’s district final; the loser’s season will be over. Nodaway Valley heads into the game with a record of 13-12, which includes losses in four of their last five games. Earlham is 20-7 and has won 9 out of their last 10. First pitch scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight at Earlham.
