The Trent Miner Memorial Parent/Child Golf Tournament will take place August 9th at the Perry Golf and Country Club. All proceeds from the charity event will go to the Trent Miner Scholarship Fund, the Make A Wish Foundation and to Caringbridge Charities. Several prizes will be awarded including longest drive, longest putt, closest to the pin and more. A silent auction will be held as well.
The tourney will begin at 9 am with a 9-hole alternate shot circuit for a parent or any adult relative and a child 13 and younger. The fee is 10 dollars per person and includes lunch. The parent/child (14 and over) 9-hole Best Shot Tourney will tee off at 1 pm. Cost for the second session is 25 dollars per person and includes a meal.
